• All shows take place in the Littlefield Listening Room.
• Ticket prices vary. Check our online calendar of events or performer profile pages for show prices.
• Advance ticket holders are seated first when the doors open.
• The Freight offers the following ticket discounts to most shows:
  Freight Members - $2.00 per ticket, with a minimum of $12.00
  Youth Discount (age 21 and under) - Half price plus fees, with a minimum of $12.00
  Senior discount (age 65 and older) - $2.00 per ticket, with a minimum of $12.00
  On rare occasions, the Freight is not able to offer any discounts to a show.

Refund Policy:

In most cases the Freight does not offer ticket refunds.
 
People with tickets they can’t use are encouraged to sell their tickets to walk-up patrons on the night of the show, or to donate the tickets to the Freight (donation acknowledgment available upon request). Please email the box office at folk@freightandsalvage.org if you'd like to donate your tickets.
 
We offer full refunds for cancelled and rescheduled shows.

Photo/Video Policy:

No photos or unauthorized video or audio recording during performances

Fees:

Facility Fee (all tickets): All tickets priced $12 or more are subject to a $4 facility fee which assists us in maintaining our building. Prior to 2017 this fee was included in the published ticket price.

Service Fee (online orders only): All tickets ordered online will incur a service fee. For tickets under $25, the service fee is $1.75 plus 3% of the ticket price. For tickets $25 and up, the service fee is $2 plus 3% of the ticket price.

Delivery Charge (online orders only): If you choose to have your tickets mailed to you, the delivery charge is $2.50 per order (standard delivery) or $16.95 per order (expedited delivery). There is no delivery charge if you select will call as your delivery method.

Convenience Fee (phone orders only): For orders placed by phone with the Freight & Salvage Box Office, there is a $4 Convenience Fee per order. For orders placed by phone with TicketFly (877-987-6487), there is a $1.50 Convenience Fee per ticket in addition to a Service Fee. For tickets under $25, the Service Fee is $1.75 plus 3% of the ticket price. For tickets $25 and up, the service fee is $2 plus 3% of the ticket price.
