Get acquainted with delicious, four-note, movable jazz chords and start playing Western swing and easy jazz standards. Build confidence, chord vocabulary and right-hand finesse as you explore this rich genre in a supportive and fun introductory class. You are ready for this class if you know first position chords (A, C, G, D, etc) well.

Sylvia Herold has taught guitar and song repertoire for more than 20 years. Her performance credits include Cats & Jammers, Wake the Dead, Euphonia, The Hot Club of San Francisco and Sylvia Herold and the Rhythm Bugs.
