Nigunim Community Chorus under the direction of Achi Ben Shalom has been performing traditional and contemporary songs in Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino and English for the past 16 years in the Bay Area.  Through their music they preserve traditional Jewish folk music and contemporary compositions. The chorus's repertoire this year features the work of female composers.
