Friends of Berkeley Tuolumne Camp welcome you to "A Camp Tuolumne Table Night"
on a glorious stage just to reconnect and feel some Camp! We will be
joined by The Mayor of Berkeley, Tom Bates; the City of Berkeley Parks
& Recreation Staff, and the Tuolumne River Trust, who will all give
us the latest updates and progress on Tuolumne Camp, the Tuolumne River,
and the excitement for this summer at Sierra Family Camp at Echo Lake.
Entertaining us will be the Tamsen Donner Blues Band (Camp Tuolumne's
House band for Blues weekend) along with some special Table Night Skits
to bring you back to Camp! The Mayor will be honoring Michael McEneany
for his great work in saving Camp Tuolumne in 1984 and being a Founding
Board Member of The Tuolumne River Trust.
Our goal for this night is to keep our Camp Spirit alive and well,
reconnect campers and inspire staff as we hear the latest news to keep
us all informed and involved, and to sing the songs that remind us of
Camp!
Email: Scott Gelfand (scott@thebuddyclub.com) if you want to be in
the show with a table night skit! We're looking for a few classics - and
what a great chance for your kids to be on a fabulous stage!
We want this event to be inclusive for all campers, and so the ticket
price is minimal just to cover expenses. Any and all profits will go
towards the Camp Tuolumne Fund and donations can be made to FOBTC at the
event as well. You will also automatically become a Friend of Camp
Tuolumne, free of charge, when you buy a ticket. If you do not want to
be a Friend of Camp Tuolumne, you can always opt out. But don't you want
to be Friends? :)
Doors Open at 6:45pm and the program goes from 7:15pm - approx 9pm.
