One of the most distinctive duos in Irish traditional music, songstress Niamh Parsons & guitarist Graham Dunne share a deep musical bond that allows them to express the very essence of each song they perform. Don't miss this evening of exceptional Irish music!

Praised by the great Scottish balladeer Archie Fisher, who said, "A songstress like her comes along once or twice in a generation," Niamh is known for her emotionally haunting, crystal-clear alto renditions that show her ability to "Climb into a song, take ownership and then sing it for the listener to experience—not simply hear." (Cindy Reich, Irish Music Magazine) Raised in the midst of Dublin's thriving folk music scene, Niamh has performed with a wide variety of artists, and has appeared at nearly every prestigious folk festival on either side of the Atlantic.

Graham is known in the Irish traditional music scene both for his elegant sensitivity of touch as an accompanist, and for his imagination and fiery ability as a soloist. Based in Ennis, Graham has accompanied such musical legends as Liz Carroll, Paddy Keenan, and Tommy Peoples over the past few years; he has been performing with Niamh for nearly a decade. The duo's most recent CD is Live at Fylde.
