David GansDavid Gans is a veteran of the music business as a songwriter and performer, a folk festival favorite, and a radio producer (he hosts the nationally syndicated Grateful Dead Hour and Dead to the World on KPFA). Tonight, he performs his own engaging, "warmly cynical" songs within the americana and jam-band spectrums. David’s most recent full-length CD is The Ones That Look the Weirdest Taste the Best.

Garrin BenfieldAs you can hear on his latest CD, The Wave Organ Song, Garrin Benfield's "freestyle acoustic rock" is a blend of moody, guitar-driven rock and polyrhythmic grooves, run through the filter of a very serious singer-songwriter. First and foremost a guitar player, Garrin uses a Loop Station to create mesmerizing soundscapes upon which he lays blistering rock, blues and jazz licks, darkened by his extensive use of effect pedals, stretching his quirky pop melodies into improvisational explorations of new territory. He has been touring nationally for nearly a decade, playing clubs and music festivals from The High Sierra Music Festival to the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
