Founded in the spring of 2013, the CMSSF is four young, passionate players (and SFCO All-Stars) dedicated to bringing masterworks of the chamber music repertoire to diverse audiences in intimate settings around the Bay Area. Jory Fankuchen and Natasha Makhijani (violins), Clio Tilto (viola) and Samsun van Loon (cello) present an exciting and wide-ranging program for their Freight debut.

Classical at the Freight brings in some of the Bay Area’s best classical musicians for an hour of outstanding chamber music, hosted by San Francisco Chamber Orchestra music director Ben Simon. There’s no stuffiness, just an invigorating evening of sharing the beauty and joy of this timeless art with audiences of all ages.
